Localizado em frente à praia de São Conrado, Zona Sul do Rio de Janeiro, o hotel é administrado pelo Brazil Hospitality Group (BHG), terceira maior rede hoteleira do país que possui cinco hotéis localizados em áreas nobres na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O edifício se destaca devido ao seu projeto de paisagismo assinado por Burle Marx, com jardins externos voltados para a orla. Foi revitalizado pelo escritório de Athie Wohnrath com projeto de execução de novas instalações prediais e reforma de fachada, que teve como o objetivo  oferecer a seus hóspedes e clientes o mais alto padrão em hotelaria cinco estrelas internacional. A a+ aprovações contribuiu com consultoria em legislação urbanística e arquitetônica e na aprovação dos projetos nos órgãos públicos.</image:caption>

Em uma localização privilegiada, na orla do Leblon, o Hotel Marina é administrado pelo Brazil Hospitality Group (BHG), terceira maior rede hoteleira do país que possui cinco hotéis localizados em áreas nobres na cidade do Rio de Janeiro. O edifício de 26 andares passou por algumas reformas afim de se tornar um dos melhores hotéis do mundo. O projeto de requalificação com a redução no volume construído, tanto em altura quanto em volume, e também, nas áreas técnicas de caixa d'água e casas de máquina, aliviaram a estrutura do edifício. Além  disso, com as modificações feitas, foi reduzida a sombra no calçadão e na praia, melhorando as condições ambientais da praia do Leblon. A a+ aprovações contribuiu com consultoria em legislação urbanística e arquitetônica e na aprovação dos projetos nos órgãos públicos.</image:caption>

Escopo de Trabalho: Consultoria em legislação urbanística e arquitetônica e Aprovação do projeto na Prefeitura e nos órgãos de Patrimônio. Localizado no bairro de Botafogo, construído na metade do século XIX, preservado pelo patrimônio histórico, sempre esteve ligado à educação desde a sua doação à Santa Casa de Misericórdia. Projetado pelo arquiteto Francisco Joaquim Bethencourt da Silva, autor de diversos prédios do Rio de Janeiro, o edifício emblemático encontra-se em um terreno de mais de 12.000 m², possui dois pavimentos com pátios internos e um jardim frontal decorado com palmeiras imperiais. O edifício neoclássico outrora utilizado como espaço expositivo da Casa Daros, acolhe atualmente o programa educacional, com o projeto realizado pelo arquiteto Miguel Pinto Guimarães. O projeto consiste na modificação no pavimento térreo do pátio interno descoberto e na criação de uma sala de projeção e salas de aula. A a+ aprovações contribuiu para a idealização do projeto ao prestar consultoria em legislação urbanística e se responsabilizando pela sua aprovação na Prefeitura e nos órgãos de Patrimônio.</image:caption>
